When I was pregnant, I worried in the first few months that I wasn’t eating enough because I couldn’t face many foods and, later, I fretted I was eating too much. Then I worried that I was stressing too much! It’s not an easy time, but I guess the key to doing the best for your baby while you’re pregnant is to eat a balanced diet and learn some stress-busting techniques.
