My beauty philosophy is… You’re as young as you feel and exercise makes you feel rejuvenated.
The skincare products I can’t live without are… My Nivea Hydro Care Lip Conditioner and my partner’s fabulous range of Mary Kay facial products that I delve into every night, specically the Replenishing Serum (it’s a great way to feel revived after a long day of hanging upside down on trapezes, ropes and chains).
My haircare secret is… A mixture of scalp care, Kérastase shampoo and L’Oréal Professionnel Absolute Repair Cellular Mask. I religiously use Kerastase Nectar Thermique for all of those curling and straightening sessions and Kérastase Elixir Ultime to top off a fabulous do.
The must-have products in my makeup bag are… My MAC Studio Fix Powder for those quick touch-ups, my black MAC eyeliner, mascara and MAC Cremesheen Glass in Double Dare for that fresh, natural look. One product I just can’t overlook is my matte MAC blood-red lipstick that I keep on me at all times; you never know when your inner vixen will need to appear. (Can you tell I like MAC?)
My favourite beauty treat is… A rehydrating facial accompanied by a foot massage.
My biggest beauty sin is… Not brushing my hair every day.
The best thing my mother taught me about beauty was… Rest well, cleanse, moisturise and always brush your teeth!
