Complement your complexion

The best way to pick colours that suit you is to establish your complexion’s skin tone or “season”. Make-up salespeople are trained to do this but you can decipher yours by examining the inside of your forearm in natural light and looking for golden undertones (autumn, spring) or rose/blue (winter, summer). See our ‘How to dress for your complexion’ for more information.
