We all hear about the pregnancy ‘glow’ but pregnancy sometimes has its less glamorous side.
Sore feet and legs can be one of the main problems in the later stages of pregnancy. If it all gets too much, lie on your back on the bed or floor with your feet straight up against the wall for about 10 minutes. It feels great and it also combats fluid retention.
once you head to hospital for the big day, what should you pack?
Your favourite shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are a must. When you’re able to get back on your feet, a shower can change the way you see the world so bring along your familiar favourites, so you can freshen up.
Facial cleansing wipes simplify your skincare regime in the first few days. Follow your cleansing regime by applying some moisturiser.
Take a manicure set along to the hospital with you, so you can keep your fingernails clean and trimmed short.
Finally, it’s inevitable somebody will turn up with a camera so bronzing powder is a must – for oummy, that is!
