Add tea to your beau-tea regime

While there’s nothing wrong with the occasional cup of coffee to get us moving, tea is a better alternative as it doesn’t sap the skin of as much moisture. Black tea still contains caffeine, so go easy. Even better, swap it for antioxidant-rich green tea which has less caffeine.

other great beauty elixirs to try include lemon and ginger tea, which aids digestion and therefore helps to keep complexions bright, ginseng, associated with vitality, peppermint, also great for digestion and promoting a calm, stress-free body, raspberry leaf, which helps to keep skin, nails and hair healthy and white tea, known for its anti-ageing properties. Another fantastic option is a spicy chai tea which simultaneously stimulates circulation yet calms nerves.
