Nancy Cartwright, who’s voiced Bart Simpson in every episode of The Simpsons since it began, surprised a young teen trying to sell her cookies by speaking in the tearaway’s distinctive voice.
In a video tweeted by Spotted Cow Entertainment, Nancy is approached by 13-year-old James, who’s out selling cookies for his school fundraiser.
After talking to the teen about his fundraiser, Nancy starts telling the confused boy that she’s 10 and goes to Springfield Elementary.
Telling her “that’s a pretty good impression,” Nancy laughs before asking him if he knows the person behind the character.

Bart is one of the show’s best loved characters
Suddenly, the penny drops, and the long-haired teen is left reeling from his surprise meet.
To make matters even better, Nancy buys ten cookies from the boy and then drives round to hand him an autograph.
“You have a great day” she tells him.
Nancy’s entertainment company later shared the footage that has since gone viral.
