The girls are back behind bars and causing chaos as normal in the new Netflix trailer for the fourth season of Orange Is The New Black.

Loved character Piper Chapman played by Taylor Schilling, may have been ruling the roost with her start-up business at the end of last season, but it seems her power trip has made her a target this time round.

“I have been in Litchfield for a while now and I have started to feel unsafe lately.” She says in the clip.

As Piper acknowledges her safety concerns, we see fellow inmate Maria confront her in the yard: “I am going to bury you.”

With the prison now a for-profit enterprise there are new rules in place and a lot is changing around Litchfield for the inmates.

We see Red played by Kate Mulgrew break down, Crazy Eyes played by Uzo Aduba injured in a hospital bed and Sophia played by Laverne Cox looking bitter in solitary.

Prison life is as dark as ever but with more feuds, relationships and drama the trailer certainly doesn’t disappoint!

Taryn Manning’s character Tiffany Doggett, ends the teaser with a powerful comment: “ Do you know the difference between pain and suffering? Pain is always there, but suffering is a choice.”

Fans will have to wait until June 17 for the new season to start.
