The show is the first scripted series from E! and also stars Joan Collins, Vincent Regan, William Moseley and Alexandra Park.

While it’s set to debut in March, the reviews have already started flooding in – and they’re less than glowing.

The Sydney Morning Herald review described watching the trailer as “a little like going through the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance”, calling the show “possibly the worst” in the history of TV.

Meanwhile, The Guardian’s Stuart Heritage said the show “looks certain to be the trashiest thing on TV”, even while stressing that if “done well, that’s no bad thing at all”.

All that doesn’t seem to have fazed E!, however, as the series has already been picked up for a second season ahead of its official debut.

L-R: Alexandra Park, Elizabeth Hurley and Joan Collins
