Over the weekend, Khloe took to Twitter to share a cringeworthy moment from an old fitness tape, featuring none other than mum Kris Jenner and stepdad Bruce!
The 90s-era shot comes from Kris and Bruce’s workout tape ‘Power Walk Plus’ and shows Bruce coaching Kris as she works it out on the treadmill.
Both are modelling some fantastic outfits, with Bruce rocking high-waisted shorts and Kris wearing what seems to be a black unitard.
“You can pick it up, but you control the pace. As long as you stay nice and erect, you’re gonna be okay,” Bruce can be heard saying.
