On the first episode of Rob & Chyna, the expectant couple revealed the gender of their baby during a visit to the doctor.
“I’m pretty nervous. I’m excited. I really want a boy,” said Rob.
The doctor then announced that Chyna was pregnant with a girl.
“Rob, it’s a girl!” Chyna exclaimed.
“Oh, that’s crazy,” Rob replied.
While Chyna already has son King Cairo with previous partner Tyga (who is now dating Rob’s sister Kylie Jenner), this is Rob’s first child.
“It’s an emotional moment. Me wanting to have a boy, it definitely stems from my dad but I’m sure I’ll have the same relationship that I had with my father with my daughter,” said Rob.
“I’m just happy that the baby’s healthy and I’m gonna be super happy with a girl.”
While the loved-up pair have certainly enjoyed a whirlwind courtship since going public with their romance this year, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing for Rob and Chyna.

In an earlier promo for their reality TV show, a distressed Chyna could be seen screaming at Rob over the phone as she accused him of talking to other women.
There was even a rumour that the lovebirds had split up in July, but that was later proven to be false.
