It’s results night once again on Dancing with the Stars, and this time each celebrity is hoping they make it into the final for another chance to take home the mirror ball trophy.
Chrystal Chenery and Jonny Williams kick off the night with a repeat performance of their top-scoring samba. Even though their big lift didn’t go quite as smoothly this time around, the duo have already locked in their perfect score and can breathe easy – at least until the results are read out!
Stefano says Chrystal is the one to beat after this week’s performances, but does the New Zealand public agree?
After the break, Dominic Bowden reveals the first two couples safe and through to the final: Simon & Vanessa and Siobhan & Charlie.
That leaves Chrystal & Jonny and Jay-Jay & Enrique in the bottom two. Before the final result is announced, judges Hayley Holt and Stefano Olivieri show off their ballroom skills with an elegant waltz, and then Dominic confirms the last couple to make it into the final: Chrystal & Jonny.
Jay-Jay took the news gracefully and thanked the public for their votes.
“I actually got further than I thought I would,” she told Dom.
“Enrique can dance better than I made him look, he’s the most awesome guy ever – apart from you and my husband!
“I’ve just had a really great time, it’s been really fun,” she said.
