It’s been a big week for awards ceremonies but also for celebrity mishaps as one celebrity bluff after another happened on the red carpet or onstage at the VMAs and the Emmys.

Gwen Stefani had a bit of an ‘Adele Dazeem’ moment when she mispronounced the Colbert Report as “the Colbort Report” at the Emmys.

Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey botched Benedict Cumberbatch’s name at the Emmys, calling him “Benedict Cumberland” instead.
Nicki Minaj suffered an onstage wardrobe malfunction after her dress came un-done in the opening sequence of the VMA’s, although she was later accused of staging the mishap as sources who witnessed the dress rehearsal claimed they saw her doing the same thing. Nicki says she “ran out of time getting zipped up.”
That wasn’t Nicki Minaj’s only mishap either. One of her back-up dancers was reportedly bitten by the giant snake that was originally going to accompany Nicki onstage for her song Anaconda.
Sarah Hyland apparently had a hard time in her heels and Life & Style reported that she sat down on the red carpet and took them off, yelling at her stylist: “I told you they were too high.” She later tweeted this snap of herself slumming it behind the scenes as she waited for her car.
A seemingly stoned Sarah Silverman accidentally had her secret stash revealed when Giuliana Rancic asked to look inside her purse. Silverman said that it was a vaporiser for “liquid pot”.
Sofia Vergara suffered a nip slip as she and Derek Hough danced up a storm at the Emmy’s after party.
Usher was caught checking out Kim Kardashian’s butt on the red carpet. He’s definitely not the first guy to be caught doing that!
