British actress, Elizabeth Hurley, who plays Queen Helena in the Netflix drama The Royals thoroughly approves of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship, and says she’s hoping a Royal Wedding is on the cards.
While the star confesses she’s never actually met Prince Harry, she told E! News she’d met the 35-year-old actress at an industry event and said she thought Meghan was “enchanting”.
“I thought she was the nicest girl,” Liz said. “And personally, I’m rooting for a royal wedding. I think it would be fabulous. I’d be fully supportive of it. I think she’s beautiful, glamorous, clever and talented. She’d be the breath of fresh air for the British royal family. I’m all for it.”
Liz, clearly a fan of Meghan, spoke highly of the star’s professional success, as well as offering her congratulations.
“Her personal life now, she looks very happy. I wish her all the best.”
While news of Prince Harry and Meghan’s romance only surfaced a few weeks ago, and has since been confirmed by a statement released by Kensington Palace, it would seem the pair is quite serious.
E! reports Meghan has already met Harry’s father, Prince Charles, and Harry plans to travel to America to meet Meghan’s family.
A source claims “Everybody is thrilled for Harry and totally supports him.”
