Now that she's the Duchess of Sussex, much has changed about Meghan Markle's beauty routine and fashion sense.
But when the 36-year-old stepped out at Royal Ascot on Tuesday, June 19, it wasn't her perfectly polished bun or gorgeous Givenchy dress that had the internet talking — it was her new eyebrows!
According to People, Meghan debuted a brand new eyebrow style at the royal event that is the result of the "Audrey Brow" treatment, which is named after Hollywood icon Audrey Hepburn.
"It's particularly flattering on Meghan because it's a really natural style and it really compliments her features — she's a beautiful woman," Meghan's personal brow stylist, Sherrille Riley, told People earlier this year.
The eyebrow treatment — which reportedly costs around NZD$95 — allegedly entails "maintenance, tinting and threading, and a bit of tweezing."
Riley, who started working with Meghan back in 2016 after she started dating now-husband Prince Harry, explained, "The tint I use is brown with a hint of black which gives a really soft natural look. It's just about accentuating her features in the most natural way."
If you want to try to recreate Meghan's eyebrow style at home, Riley said the key is to "try to shape the brows as straight as possible, making sure that the tail ends are lifted upwards. Fill in any gaps with a brow pencil."
In a recent interview with Hello! magazine, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton's eyebrow guru similarly opened up about how to achieve the perfect brow look. "It's the focal point of your face. All people need is a good shape."
"It's very important that the eyebrows connect with your face, your eyes, lips, and cheekbones. No one person is the same when it comes to shaping," Sabrina Eleonore of Un Jour Un Regard explained.
As for Kate's signature look, Eleonore said the Duchess — who has gone through her own drastic eyebrow transformation over the years! — simply "has an important appreciation for beauty."
We couldn't agree with that sentiment more!
