The Duchess of Cambridge has revealed one of Prince Louis' first words during the Cambridges' Christmas TV special with cookery icon Mary Berry, which is set to air this evening in the UK.
Chatting to Mary, the youngest Cambridge child came up in conversation, Hello! reports, with the royal mum-of-three saying: "One of Louis' first words was 'Mary' because right at his height are all my cooking books in the kitchen bookshelf.
"And children are really fascinated by faces, and your faces are all over your cooking books and he would say, 'That's Mary Berry'… so he would definitely recognise you if he saw you today," she shared.
Mary must feel honoured!
The Christmas special, called A Berry Royal Christmas, will see The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge pay visits with Mary to a number of their key causes before they help Mary prepare a special Christmas feast for all the volunteers who are spending their Christmas helping those in need.
Reflecting on her impression of William and Catherine, Mary said: "They don't just arrive and shake a few hands, make a few smiles and a speech, they want to get involved, and they want to see what they can do.
"And it isn't just one visit, they come back again and ask for results and they remember who they spoke to last time. I think it's remarkable," she said.
Duchess Catherine's adorable revelation about Prince Louis comes just weeks after she told children during a visit to a Christmas Tree farm that 19-month-old Louis was talking when she met a young boy who she said reminded her of "little Louis".
According to the Daily Mail's royal correspondent Rebecca English on Twitter, the 37-year-old royal stroked the young boy's cheek and said: "You remind me of my little Louis, he keeps saying: 'Me, me, me' and wants to come everywhere with me."
Prince Louis made his official debut on the Buckingham Palace balcony at Trooping the Colour in June, delighting royal fans with his adorable display and then weeks later was seen attending a charity polo match with his family and the Sussexes.
