For the second time this week, the Duchess of Cambridge has stepped out for an unannounced or “surprise” appearance.
On Wednesday afternoon, the beloved royal paid a visit to West Ham stadium in London for the graduation ceremony of more than 150 sports coaching apprentices. She was joined by husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry.
During the visit, Kate and Wills were gifted two teeny-weeny West Ham jerseys for their two children. But we’re not so sure they’ll get any use – after all, the prince is an Aston Villa fan!
The beloved royal couple were given two tiny shirts Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Kate – who is pregnant with her third child, due in April – chose to wear a sky blue double-breasted Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini blazer for the engagement. She accented the statement piece with a pair of black pants, black suede booties with chunky heels and Kiki McDonough laurel leaf earrings.
The Duchess has been forced to miss a number of important events in recent weeks — including her son’s first day at school — owing to extreme morning sickness or ‘hyperemesis gravidarum,’ the same nasty condition she battled while pregnant with four-year-old son, George and two-year-old daughter, Charlotte.
According to Hello!, a royal source said: “She’s better and is keen to do as much as she can. But she’s taking it day-to-day in deciding what she can do.”
Kate stayed near to husband Prince William.
The Duchess recently joined the royal brothers at Paddington Station, where they visited the cast and crew from the upcoming film Paddington 2.
Their Royal Highnesses were greeted by the film’s famous furry friend and appeared to get on swimmingly. In fact, the expectant mum even mustered up the energy for an impromptu dance with the beloved story book character.
The Duchess twirled, sidestepped and bebopped in a blush pink dress by Orla Kiely. The knee-length look featured a black waist strap, which accentuated her growing baby bump, and was accented with a black clutch bag and block heels.
Kate and Wills announced last month that they are expecting their third little prince or princess together.
