Duchess Catherine’s first Mother’s Day with George and Charlotte

The royal is gearing up to enjoy her very first Mother's Day with her two adorable children!
The Duchess of Cambridge

It is believed that the 34-year-old will spend the day – which is celebrated on March 6 in the UK – at her Norfolk residence, Anmer Hall, where she lives with her husband Prince William and the couple’s two children George and Charlotte.

Catherine, who welcomed her youngest in May, might also catch up with her side of the family in Berkshire, where she can see her own mother, Carole, dad Michael and siblings James and Pippa.

When three became four … this will be Catherine’s very first Mother’s Day as a mum of two!

No matter what the royal decides, Catherine will be spending the day out of the public eye.

“The Duchess of Cambridge will be spending the day privately,” a palace source confirmed to the UK’s Hello magazine.

We imagine that if “lively” Prince George was anything like he was over Christmas, where dad William predicted his “little monkey” would be running around the house, playing with his toys and joining in the celebrations, then Mother’s Day with the Cambridges will be filled with love and laughter.

Charlotte, who is already 10 months old, will be a lot more relaxed than her big brother. William, 33, described his daughter as “very easy, very sweet”.

Royal watchers were delighted when Catherine released the first solo portraits of Charlotte, which were taken when the little Princess was six months old.

Fingers crossed the special milestone will encourage the Duchess to get the the camera again.

Proud mum Catherine snapped this adorable photo of her youngest child at play.
