She’s the world’s most photographed woman but nearly 20 years after her death, new photos of Princess Diana have been unearthed.
Dressed down in casual clothes and Hunter wellies, make-up free and in high spirits, a young Princess Diana joins her new husband, Prince Charles, and a group of friends for a hunting expedition in the early ’80s.
The fascinating images reportedly resurfaced after they were discovered in the drawer of a former royal housekeeper following her recent death.
The hunting album, which will be auctioned off by Littleton Auctions in Evesham, Worcesteshire, had apparently been tucked away and forgotten about for decades.
It’s not known exactly when and where the images were snapped but they give us an incredible glimpse into the early days of Charles and Diana’s ill-fated marriage.

According to the MailOnline, the outing may have taken place near Richmond, London.
In one shot, the young royal holds onto an outdoors chair and smiles as husband Charles, clad in a tweed hunting suit, a cap and boots, follows behind her.
In another, a relaxed Diana chats to Princess Margaret’s daughter and her chief bridesmaid, Lady Sarah Chatto.

In the background of another picture, a woman who looks like Queen Elizabeth can be seen walking behind Diana.
Over the years, we’ve seen the hundreds of photos that so obviously illustrate the demise of their marriage – but these new photos truly prove the Prince and Princess of Wales were once happy together.
August 31, 2017, will mark 20 years since the 36-year-old tragically died in a car crash in Paris.
The unearthed photo album shows the royal in off-duty mode.
The laid-back outing is a far cry from her lavish wedding day to Charles in 1981.
