While most Married At First Sight “marriages” implode before the season even airs, some stars left the show with successful, long-lasting relationships.

A handful of the couples who have gone the distance have welcomed little MAFS babies, whilst other former stars went on to have children with partners they met outside the controversial dating show.

Take a look at all the MAFS stars who have gone on to have babies.

Arguably the most high-profile couple to start a family is season six’s Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson, who married each other in real life in 2019.

Jules and Cam, both 37, welcomed their son Oliver Chase Merchant in September 2020, and they regularly post his adorable milestones all over their social media accounts.

Cam previously told WHO that Oliver, who they affectionately call Ollie, is one is the most exciting thing to ever happen to them.

“It is exciting and it just keeps getting more exciting every single day,” he said.

“I’m just realising how much life changes as he grows and develops his little personality and smile. This is a whole new world that I’m living that I had zero idea about before but it is, without a doubt, the best thing in the world and something I wouldn’t change, that’s for sure.”

Despite having left the reality TV game in 2019, Cam and Jules remain one of the show’s most beloved couples but say that their son is at the centre of their world.

“We (Jules and I) have had to rearrange our priorities to make sure that Ollie is in the best care and, not only that, but our relationship as well,” Cam said.

“So we put that time away to make sure that we are looking after each other and we can have that real wholesome quality time and that positive influence on each other, rather than being caught up in these frivolous behaviours that I think we’re all getting caught up in a little bit.”

Jules, who launched her hugely successful shapewear line Figur last year, admitted being a mother and a career woman is a “juggle”.

“As a working mum, like so many mums of Australia, we just don’t make that time for ourselves to take a moment and just chill out,” she said.

“Having that me-time and putting yourself first, that’s not selfish, it’s actually good for your mental health.”

The couple, who met on the show in 2018, defied all TV odds by falling in love and staying together.

“We always say we’re so grateful for how Jules and I met,” Cam told WHO.

“It has been a magical journey and we certainly look forward to showing Ollie how his parents met one day, that’s something that no one’s ever going to take away from us.”

And things are about to get even more chaotic, with Jules revealing earlier this year that they’re planning for baby number two.

“We couldn’t be happier and we look forward to having another one!” she said.

Season five Tracey Jewel is a proud mum-of-two. (Image: Instagram)

Tracey Jewel’s on-screen marriage to controversial contestant Dean Wells may not have lasted past the show, but in real life the 38-year-old has found happiness with her high school sweetheart Nathan Constable.

Back when she starred on season five of MAFS, Tracey was already a mother to daughter Grace from a pervious relationship and has since welcomed another bundle of joy with Nathan.

Tracey admitted little Frankie had a rocky entrance into the world, saying her birth experience was not what she expected it would be.

“I was prepared for our baby boy to come early as my daughter Grace was 4 weeks early and was a natural birth,” she wrote on Instagram.

“This time around I felt more prepared, I had my acupressure points, my @bubbaready hospital essentials, my self hypnosis, my @bestbirthco affirmations, my @doterraaunz oils I even had my @thegypsycollectionau crystals!”

In February this year, the mother-of-two shared photos from her and Nathan’s intimate wedding.

“We’re married!!!! Mr + Mrs Constable! Forever my always… So this was our big surprise!! A baby shower turned wedding celebration!” Tracey wrote alongside the pic.

Season eight stars Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven are the proud parents to twin boys Levi and Tate. (Image: Instagram)

Melissa Rawson and her fiancé Bryce Ruthven may have been one of the most controversial couples to emerge from MAFS’ eighth season, but they sure have proved their haters wrong!

Happily engaged, the couple welcomed two adorable twin boys, named Levi and Tate in, in October 2021. But their sons’ start to life wasn’t without struggle as they unexpectedly arrived 10 weeks early.

The newborns spent eight weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit before Melissa and Bryce were able to bring them home, and thankfully they’re healthy as ever now.

Melissa and Bryce even appointed their former co-star Jason Engler to be the boys’ godfather, a role he said he couldn’t be prouder to have.

Melissa and Bryce have always kept their followers updated with their twins’ developments, and have always remained refreshingly candid on relatable parenthood struggles.

“To have them born premature and living in the hospital for two months was almost unbearable,” Melissa previously said.

The new mum also opened up about feeling like an “absolute champion and a total failure at the same time.”

“The sleepless nights turn into sleepless days. You become forgetful, distant… and wonder to yourself, ‘when will this get easier?'” she said.

Season six’s Susie Bradley also entered MAFS as a single mum to daughter Baby, but after her disastrous marriage to Billy Vincent, she went on to find love with controversial NRL star Todd Carney.

The pair met in January 2019 through social media and went public with their romance that same year as Susie’s time on MAFS was screened across the country.

They welcomed their first child together, a son named Lion Daryl Carney, in March 2021.

In an Instagram post announcing the arrival of their first child together, Susie explained the reasoning behind the name.

“A lion’s most common traits are majesty, strength, courage, justice and might,” she explained. “A lion stands for both gentleness and power all rolled into one. A lion in your life enables you to bring positive changes in the lives of yourself, your family and your friends.”

Last year, Todd proposed to Susie and confessed that in “2021, my greatest gift is going to happen with a little Todd on the way and I’ll marry my best friend.”

While the pair are preparing to settle down, it seems the couple have always wanted to start a family together.

Speaking to New Idea in September 2019, Todd said that since loving being Baby’s stepdad, he’s realised that “If Susie and I are ready to commit to it, I’d definitely love to have kids.”

“She has her own father, but while Baby’s in my care, I treat her as if she’s my own,” he explained.

“It definitely makes you realise you have other people to care for when you put yourself in [the] position [of being a parent].”

In May 2021 Susie took her love for little Lion to new heights by getting his name tattooed on her arm.

Susie shared photos of each of the designs, revealing she had received a line work tattoo of a mother cradling a child with “Lion” written underneath.

Meanwhile, Todd opted for Lion’s name and birth date topped with a tiny crown.

The couple also had a matching artwork done, both inking “11:11” on their forearms with the saying “I am” and “With you” split between them.

Season five star Carly Bowyer’s romances with with on-screen husband Justin Fischer and boyfriend Troy Delmege didn’t pan out, but she found love with her now boyfriend Neil Goldman. (Image: Instagram)

Season five star Carly Bowyer shocked everyone when she dated co-star Troy Delmege after her romance with on-screen husband Justin Fischer didn’t pan out.

Now, but the former TV bride is all loved-up with partner, Neil Goldman.

The pair welcomed their adorable son Bailey in December 2020.

“Bailey “Biscuit” Bowyer Goldsmith joined us 3 weeks early on 2/12/20,” Carly wrote.

“We are absolutely in awe of our beautiful little man. We can’t believe we made something so perfect.”

Back in June 2020, Carly took to Instagram to share a photo of herself with boyfriend Neil holding an ultrasound of their unborn child to reveal her pregnancy news.

“WE’RE HAVING A BABY!” Carly captioned the sweet image.

“In what’s been a crazy 2020, we see a little baby light at the end of the tunnel. We’re over the moon, and can’t wait to meet our little Biscuit @neilfgoldsmith More baby goss on my podcast @findingaunicorn tomorrow!”

Over on Neil’s Instagram account, he also shared the happy news, uploading a series of images.

“We’ve been busy in iso baking a ‘Biscuit’!!” he wrote.

Cyrell Paule and Love Island Australia star Eden Dally welcomed son Boston in February 2020. (Image: Instagram)

Fan favourite Cyrell Paule made headlines when she started dating Love Island Australia star Eden Dally in 2019 following her stint on season six of MAFS.

Just months into their relationship, the couple welcomed their son Boston in February 2020.

While Cyrell said the birth was traumatic, meeting her little bub made all the pain and heartbreak of her and Eden’s turbulent relationship worth it.

“I probably took every drug you could take during labour,” Cyrell joked. “I ended up getting cut as well, and because I genuinely couldn’t push anymore, he also had to get suctioned out.”

Their son arrived two weeks earlier than expected, with Cyrell’s water breaking as she and Eden sat down for a takeaway dinner on a Saturday night.

“He’s so cute, I’m already obsessed with him. He doesn’t cry loudly, he’s a quiet boy. He didn’t get a loud mouth like his mum!” the 31-year-old gushed.

Eden added: “It’s so surreal, I’m just looking at him knowing that we created this little baby.”

Cyrell and Eden briefly split in October 2019, while she was pregnant, but the couple have been determined to patch things and raise their son in a united home.

“We’re focusing on being a great couple together and being great parents to our baby. At the end of the day, most families want to be together and not separated,” Cyrell told New Idea.

“Because we didn’t have such a bad break up, co-parenting and working it out together wasn’t something I was stressing about. The break up was very simple.”

Last September, just seven months after giving birth, Cyrell admitted she struggled with some of the changes pregnancy wreaked on her body.

“I love being confident in my own skin… pregnancy has been amazing but I won’t lie. I’ve had my days when I’ve hated it. My body, my skin and face were going through all these changes so fast,” she explained.

On MAFS season five, Davina Rankin was a controversial bride who cheated on her “husband” Ryan Gallagher with Dean Wells, but outside the show the 29-year-old is a doting mother.

Davina and her fiancé Jaxon Manuel welcomed their daughter Mila Mae Manuel in November 2019.

“I never knew a love like this existed, @jaxonmanuel and I are just absolutely smitten with you. Words can’t even describe it!” she shared on Instagram.

Davina shared an adorable photo with Mila Mae and reflected on the joys and challenges of motherhood and pregnancy.

“Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think my little bump would be such a smart, cheeky, happy & bubbly little girl (who’s extremely good at waving & raspberries may I add),” she wrote.

“The best 9 months of my life by far, closely followed by my pregnancy… which is pretty generous considering I had morning sickness all day, every day for the entirety of it…. totes worth it though.”

In her first trimester, Davina told Woman’s Day that she had been battling intense morning sickness.

“I haven’t felt too beautiful lately, it’s been a very long three months,” said Davina, explaining her weight to plummeted by six kilos since falling pregnant.

“I’m throwing up all day,” she said.
