She’s a girl-power-pop-star-turned-designer, a mother-of-four, a wife and a UN Goodwill ambassador… in short, Victoria Beckham is an interviewer’s DREAM.
And, thanks to InStyle magazine, a handful of let’s say… budding journalists, have been lucky enough to secure a chat with the former Spice Girl and all-round superwoman.
Taking to Instagram, the magazine’s April cover star shared a snippet of the beyond cute interview with her 14.1 million followers. She captioned the video, “If only every interview could be like this… adorable!”
No arguments here!
The littlies ask a range of precious questions, among them: “How young is too young to wear heels?”
“I think it’s cooler to wear a flat shoe,” Victoria explains. “There’s nothing wrong with dressing up with mommy and playing with heels, but I think it’s way cooler when you go out to wear a really cool flat shoe, and then you can move around easily.”
Another little girl uses her moment in the spotlight to ask the famed designer: “Do you know the Queen?”
“I have been to the Queen’s house. And it’s a huge great big palace. And she sits on a throne. And she is beautiful,” Victoria responds.
But perhaps our favourite moment of the interview begins with the hard-hitting question: “What’s a Spice Girl?”
“The Spice Girls was a pop group and we used to say ‘Girl Power!’ all the time,” the former pop star, who initially stole our hearts as Posh Spice in the 90s girlband, responds.
“And we thought that boys were better than boys,” she adds, with her signature ‘V’ peace signs in tow.
It’s a busy time of year for Victoria, who just celebrated a major milestone in her eldest son’s life.
Victoria and her handsome hubby David Beckham, 41, took to Instagram earlier in the month to wish their son Brooklyn a very happy birthday.
The pair shared not one, not two, but six birthday posts between them, to wish the aspiring photographer a happy 18th.
“I can’t believe our baby is 18 today,” wrote Victoria, 42, alongside a video montage of Brooklyn.
“We are all so proud and love u so much @brooklynbeckham x Happy Birthday Buster x Lots and lots of love x”
And her heartfelt tribute didn’t stop there, with the mum-of-four sharing another snap of a young Brooklyn flexing his muscles.
“The most beautiful, caring, talented young man,” she captioned the snap.
“We are so proud and love you so much.”
Adorable!
