Newlyweds Richie and Gemma McCaw touched down in Melbourne recently as special guests at a celebrity wedding.
The pair were attending the nuptials of former Neighbours star Australian actor Tim Phillips, and his Kiwi-born bride Jessica Lee Rose.
McCaw shared a snap of the day to her followers on Instagram of both her and her husband looking very well dressed for the star-studded affair.
The hockey champ, recently a bride herself, wore a divine bias-cut blush-coloured dress. Former All Blacks captain Richie McCaw looked sharp in a navy blue suit, complementing his wife perfectly.
The sunny snap offered the McCaw's best wishes to the couple with a caption that read: “Congratulations to the amazing @jessleerose & timphillipps on the beautiful wedding this weekend #perfectmatch #melbourne."
The bride-to-be, best known for her work on the US television series Greek and for her part in the Lindsay Lohan movie I Know Who Killed Me, is a friend of the Black Stick star from the Bay of Plenty.
Spy reports the glamour event was held at The Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron.
The high profile sporting pair seem quite taken with Melbourne, having jetting into the city after their late January Central Otago honeymoon to enjoy the Australian Open.
The following week, McCaw, who is still very active in sport, was seen hitting the city's streets with supermodel Karlie Kloss in a promo activation with Adidas.
