Fan favorite Shari was gifted the Michael Hill jewelry by season two’s bachelor Jordan Mauger before being eliminated for “not being serious enough.”
Shari has now listed the piece on Trademe, and is donating 50 per cent of her winnings to Foster Hope NZ.
Michael Hill Jewellers has also offered to match the sale price with an equal donation to the charity.
Foster Hope supports Kiwi kids going into foster care by giving them backpacks filled with their own essential and personal items such as toiletries, books and a teddy bear.

The necklace is described on the Michael Hill website as an art deco style, 14ct white gold teardrop pendant with 1 carat of diamonds, retailing at $4499.
The current bid on the item sits at $1530 and the auction closes Sunday 28th Aug, 7:27 pm.
