Taylor Swift was the “happiest maid of honour ever” over the weekend, when childhood bestie Britany Maack married her beau Ben.
The ‘Out of the Woods’ singer, who recently picked up a slew of Grammys including Album of the Year, looked thrilled to be there for the gorgeous nuptials and later shared a photo from the wedding on Instagram.

“I met her when I was 10 days old, and him in kindergarten,” she captioned the photo.
“Now they’re married and I’m the happiest maid of honor ever. Congratulations @britmaack and Ben!”
The bride also shared a photo of the besties posing together, writing: “The best friend, the best family, the best groom and the best day”.

The two have been firm friends since childhood, and over the years, delighted Taylor fans by sharing plenty of throwback pictures from their friendship.
Last year, Taylor shared the heartfelt note and photo Britany had sent her asking her to be maid of honour.
While this was Taylor’s first time being maid of honour, with her star-studded squad of famous friends, we can only imagine that there will be many more glitzy weddings to come!
