See inside Kylie Jenner’s new $16 million home

While she already owns a collection of million dollar mansions, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has acquired yet another palatial purchase.

If keeping up with the Kardashians seems hard, then keeping up with their extensive property portfolio is near impossible.

The youngest Kardashian/Jenner clan member Kylie Jenner has recently added another home to her already impressive list of million-dollar mansions.

While most 19-year-olds are still living in their childhood bedrooms, or flatting in a student hovel, Jenner is choosing which one of her four multi-million dollar homes to stay in.

Her most recent purchase is a $16 million (US$12 million), 13200-square-foot residence in Hidden Hills, California.

She also owns a further two properties in the same area which she bought last year for $8 million and $6 million respectively.

Her new palatial pad is reported to have 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, theatre room, spa and pool with sweeping views across Los Angeles.

Although the house was built in 2015 it features Cape Cod architecture, a famous American style of design from the 17th century.

Hardwood floors, marble bench tops and classic finishes create a luxe, sophisticated feel throughout the house, while the 1.4 acre garden has four patios to choose from.

If you’re wondering how a teenager can amass such a collection of houses, it’s thanks to her lip kits and cosmetics line that she earned a whopping $25 million (US$18 million) in 2016, which also helped to land her a spot on the Forbes 30 under 30 list.

Maybe she’ll be adding real estate mogul to her already long list of credentials.
