English TV host Noel Edmonds is allegedly emigrating to New Zealand, after falling in love with its “spiritual feel,” reports suggest.

The 67-year-old, whose hit game show Deal or No Deal was axed earlier this year, is said to be making the move with his wife Liz Davies – who’s 20 years his junior.

A source told The Sunday People that Edmonds “loves New Zealand,” and now wants to make it his permanent base.

“Noel loves England but feels like the time is right to make a fresh start in a new place.”

The star was forced to defend his mental health earlier this year, after he launched a motivational phone service for pets.

Speaking out against allegations he had ‘lost the plot,’ Noel said he has always been unconventional.

“I always have a giggle. Too many people take the living experience too seriously. What’s the point of life if we can’t be positive, have fun and make the world a better place?”

Edmonds has had a successful career in both TV and Radio, presenting popular shows of the 80s and 90s: The Late, Late Breakfast Show and Noel’s House Party.

Deal or No Deal began screening in 2005, and was initially popular, though dwindling figures have led to Channel 4 announcing this season will be the last.
