While appearing on Watch What Happens Live earlier this week, the stylish 32-year-old confessed that she was the mastermind behind Hollywood’s latest ‘it couple’.
The mum-of-two, who is married to Benji’s twin brother, Joel Madden, gave her brother-in-law’s new girlfriend the tick of approval saying she’s happy that the duo has found love.
“I approve of anything that’s going to make Benji happy,” Nicole said.
“I am a devoted sister-in-law. I’m happy for anyone who is happy, and I want everyone to be surrounded with love.”
When asked by the show’s host, Andy Cohen, if she had set the hot couple up, Nicole replied with a simple, ”yes”.
“I’m going to take responsibility for everything,” she added.
News that Cameron, 41, and Benji, 35, were dating first surfaced in May when the pair were spotted hanging out together.
Cameron, who is close friends with Nicole, has had previous failed romances with Justin Timberlake, Matt Dillon and Jared Leto, but is now believed to be smitten with her new beau.
In fact, the Good Charlotte rocker has since told Nova FM that he considered himself “lucky” to be dating the sassy Sex Tape star.
