Confession. We definitely have a girl-crush on Mila Kunis. Ashton Kutcher’s wife got candid in a new interview, revealing some juicy details about how she and Ashton first hooked-up. And she didn’t stop there. She also talked about her husband’s relationship with his first wife, Demi Moore, describing their marriage as “normal” and “real.”
Ashton and Demi wed in 2005 when he was 27 and she was 42. They split after seven years of marriage in 2012 and Ashton married Mila in 2015. “Yeah, I married a divorcée,” Mila admitted to the WTF podcast.

Demi had three daughters from her second marriage to Bruce Willis, and Mila shared that despite the fact that Ashton wasn’t too much older than the girls, he was very close with them. “They had three kids they were raising,” she shared of Rumer, 29, Scout, 27, and Tallulah, 24. “It was, like, a normal life… He was younger, but he loved those kids.”
Ashton and Mila reconnected shortly after his highly-publicised divorce from Demi (they co-starred on That ’70s Show in the late ’90s through the early 2000s.)

“I did a movie called Friends With Benefits. He did a movie that was very similar: No Strings Attached,” Mila revealed. “We lived our movies out, where we were like, ‘Let’s just hook up. Let’s have fun. We’re both single. We both trust each other. Everything’s great.’ None of us wanted tension. OK, great. We hooked up for three months. And just like our movies, one of us caught feelings.”
Mila and Ashton’s relationship started out as casual…but didn’t stay that way for long.
She especially wanted to be with him after he told her about someone else he was seeing. “I felt like I got punched in the gut, literally overnight,” Mila explained. “He said something, and I was like… ‘Oh, my god. I love this man, and I have to walk away because this is not the agreement that we had. And so I’m going to speak up.'”
Well, she spoke up. And Ashton soon realised he felt the same way. “The next day, he showed up to my house and he was like, ‘Move in with me,’ and I said, ‘OK,'” Mila revealed.
“He was only single by that point for maybe a year, maybe a year and a half,” she said of his split with Demi. Now the couple is happily married and parents to two children, daughter Wyatt, 3, and son Dimitri, 1!

And it seems like they have a good secret to making their marriage work. Mila, 34, and Ashton, 39, reportedly made a pact before they got married. “Basically, they agreed on equality all the way: They promised to coparent equally and support each other’s careers equally,” an insider told In Touch earlier this year.
Sounds like a pretty good recipe for success to us!
