Between her white frock and veil, and his sharp suit, we couldn’t help but think Maria Tutaia and her hunky boyfriend Israel Folau were giving us a hint as the lovebirds enjoyed an early-morning church service.
Dressed in her Sunday best, Silver Ferns stunner Maria, 29, made the most of Israel’s precious time in Auckland by proudly parading the Australian-based Wallabies star, 26, around friends and family at her church.
“The couple were the talk of the congregation,” an onlooker says of the pair, who have been dating long-distance since January.
“They were getting a lot of attention, not that it appeared to bother them – they were both beaming.”
Relaxing their strict diets, the sporting twosome later swung by KFC for some chicken on the run before heading out to Auckland Airport, where maria bid her Sydney-born beau a sad farewell.
“Only the departure gate could separate them,” an observant fan tells us.
“They were holding hands, cuddling and kissing – they were all loved up and they didn’t care who was watching.”
