Since calling time on her marriage to Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has been linked to a range of men, including actor Jamie Foxx.
Interestingly, the mother-of-one has never gone public with any of her romances.
According to a new report from Radar Online, the 37-year-old won’t be allowed to change her “single” status until next year.

The website alleges Katie’s divorce agreement means she can’s publicly date anyone until five years have passed from her split with Tom.
On June 29, 2012, the actress shocked the world when she filed for divorce from the Hollywood superstar.
The former couple, who were married for five-and-a-half years and share 10-year-old daughter Suri Cruise together, took just ten days to sort out their divorce agreement.
Speaking to Radar Online, an insider claimed Tom agreed to a quick divorce under the proviso of some very specific terms – including a dating clause.
“Katie signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” the source alleged to the website.
“She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri,” they added.
“Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms – and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself,” they claim
Radar claim if the actress breaks these rules, she will have to return the money.
Katie has certainly remained tight-lipped on all things Tom.
As for her love life, the mother-of-one has never commented on her romantic status and instead says she hopes to settle down again one day.
“I’m a very loving person. Of course I’m open to finding love again,” she revealed to People magazine.

Last year, former Scientologist Leah Remini released an explosive tell-all book.
It it, she claimed she was disciplined by officials after telling Tom and his then-girlfriend Katie to “get a friggin’ room” after witnessing them locked in an intense make-out session.
Katie responded with this statement, “I regret having upset Leah in the past and wish her only the best in the future.”
Meanwhile, reports of Katie dating Tom’s former pal, Jamie Foxx, have long persisted.
The pair were first linked in August 2013 after they were spotted dancing together at a benefit in The Hamptons.
Jamie, 48, has continuously denied all talks of a romance with the starlet.
He once told TMZ, “Oh come on, you guys have been trying to make that stick for three years, we’re just friends!”
He echoed this sentiment during a chat with Entertainment Tonight, saying, “It’s one hundred percent not true!”
But not everyone has the memo!
Earlier this year, Jamie’s close friend and former Real Housewife Claudia Jordan told Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss podcast that “he is very happy with her!”
Giving Radar’s comments some gravitas, not even 24 hours later, Claudia retracted her statement.
“I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I’ve never seen them together, he’s never told me he’s dating her,” she explained to Entertainment Tonight.
“Sorry to not have this bombshell story, but I cannot confirm them. I don’t have the knowledge of this being fact, I don’t. I misspoke.”

The pair, who give a new meaning to “just friends”, have been spotted together numerous times over the course of the past few years.
In December last year, Katie was reportedly one of the select few invited to Jamie’s surprise birthday party, which was held at the La Bilboquet restaurant in New York.
Just last month, onlookers told Us Weekly the brunette beauty was backstage at the Barbra Streisand concert at the Barclays Center in New York supporting Jamie as he performed at the show.
“They left from the dressing room area a few minutes apart from each other but she was hanging out in his dressing room with him after the show,” a witness explained to the publication.
An insider claimed to the publication that Jamie and Katie have been an item since last year.
“Jamie is someone she can trust and have fun with,” the source said.
“She’s getting everything from Jamie that she didn’t get with Tom.”
While another alleged, “Katie is so in love. She is all about Jamie.”
Only time will tell if they’ll ever go public!
