Speaking to The Daily Mail, 47-year-old Jesse James reflected on his five-year marriage to Sandra and the cheating scandal that sparked their eventual split.
Jesse, who is now married to 39-year-old American drag racer Alexis DeJoria, was married to Sandra from 2005-2010. A year before their marriage ended, it emerged that Jesse had cheated on Sandra with a model named Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee.

Two other women – stripper Melissa Smith and photographer Brigitte Daguerre – also claimed to have had their own affairs with Jesse.
“Yeah, I did cheat on my wife, yeah, I stood up and took accountability for it and apologised,” Jesse told The Daily Mail.
“And that’s the end of the story. Everything else was just … [shakes head].
“The easy [put down] is like, oh well you cheated on Sandra Bullock. That’s the world’s easiest comeback.”
However, he added, that “in general, both women and men cheat. It’s part of life”.
Jesse eventually checked himself into rehab in March 2010 shortly after the cheating stories came to light, but Sandra filed for divorce the following month.
According to The Daily Mail, Jesse – who now owns a gun manufacturing business among other enterprises – does not have any contact with Sandra today, or the son, Louis, that they were in the process of adopting together before the marriage broke down.
However, he told the publication he did not have any regrets and was happy with how his life turned out.
Since then, Sandra has adopted another child – a daughter named Laila – and was linked to photographer Bryan Randall.
