Rumours have been swirling for weeks now that Jennifer Lopez and rapper Drake are secretly coupled up, but the pair seem to have confirmed it for the first time with a new picture posted on social media.
Both Jennifer and Drake shared the same photo to their accounts overnight, showing the duo snuggled in each other’s arms. While neither star posted a caption explaining the cosy snapshot, it seems safe to say the two are looking very comfortable with each other!
The photo comes after weeks of speculation about Jennifer and Drake’s relationship. Earlier in December, Drake attended two back-to-back JLo concerts in Vegas, and he also hosted an exclusive bash that she attended.
A source told E! News at the time that the pair had reportedly left the “intimate dinner” – held at Hollywood hot spot Delilah – together.
However, one person who won’t be too happy about the possible relationship is Rihanna.
Rihanna and JLo have been long-time pals – but Rihanna has her own romantic history with Drake.
The bombshell singer is a long time pal of Jennifer’s and even gifted her a pair of boots from her collaboration with Manolo Blahnik earlier this year, accompanied with a handwritten note calling JLo “the baddest.”
“I know you’re gonna wear them better than me!” Rihanna wrote.
The two had also appeared in the animated flick Home in 2015, and during the press junket for the movie, JLo said she was a “huge” Rihanna fan.
“I feel like she’s such a girl’s girl, which I love, because I’m a girl’s girl and she seems very sweet,” she gushed.
Making things more complicated is the fact that Rihanna has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Drake for years.
At the MTV Video Music Awards in August, the rapper declared his love for the Barbadian beauty with a very public declaration on stage as he presented her with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, confessing she was “someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old”.
Tellingly, Rihanna unfollowed Jennifer on Instagram this weekend. Not only that, the singer also unfollowed Drake back in October.
