Paparazzi shots obtained by Entertainment Tonight have captured the pair holding hands and looking totally loved-up during a romantic getaway in Hawaii, where they seemed to be enjoying a rigorous hike.
Katy, 31, went makeup-free and wore her black hair tied back into a simple ponytail, while Orlando, 39, showed off his toned physique by going shirtless.
Earlier last month, the duo were spotted out enjoying a cosy dinner date in West Hollywood, and previously, Katy and Orlando were pictured partying it up at the Golden Globes.
Katy recently ended her relationship with on-again, off-again beau John Mayer, while Orlando was most recently linked to Kendall Jenner and Selena Gomez.
