It’s been ten years since Mean Girls was released, but some of the film’s castmates seem to be as close as ever.
Daniel Franzese, who played Damian in the movie, shared some cosy pictures of himself with Amy Poehler (Mrs. George) and Lizzy Caplan (Janis Ian) on Instagram yesterday.
The trio were at the Chateau Marmont to celebrate Lizzy’s Emmy nomination for her role in Masters of Sex. The nod was a shock for the actress, who told The New York Times that she was “totally flabbergasted”.
While Lizzy might not have seen it coming, her on-screen partner in crime Daniel was quick to praise her talents, calling her “one of the greatest people you will ever meet”. He also gave a shoutout to the film with the hashtags #meangirls and #northshore10yrreunion.
