Gwen Stefani and ex-husband Gavin Rosdale finalised their divorce in April – and now Gwen is putting their former home on the market.
For a cool $48.8 million, you could be the lucky owner of this lavish Californian mansion.
With a Beverly Hills post code, swimming pool, tennis court, theatre, gym and guarded community, its safe to say the pop star has been living in luxury.
And given Gwen’s dual career as a fashion designer, it’s no surprise the home has a sense of style all its own.
The former couple purchased the estate in August 2006 for NZ$18.4 million. It was formerly owned by fellow pop star, Jennifer Lopez.
