For many girls growing up in the 2000s, Lizzie McGuire was essential TV viewing – and Hilary knows how much the show was adored by its core audience.
“I mean, so many people loved [Lizzie]. I loved her,” she told the Huffington Post.
“Honestly, working on that show, I got so strong with my physical comedy and all the things that they would throw at me.”
Sadly, there aren’t any official plans to bring the original cast back together, but Hilary herself says she would be “totally open to it”.
“My schedule is a little busy right now. But um … why not?” she revealed.
For now, Hilary fans can get their fix of all things Duff-tastic by checking out the actress/singer’s new album, which is due to be released in a few months. Hilary released her comeback singles ‘Chasing the Sun’ and ‘All About You’ earlier this year – her first original material since 2009’s ‘Any Other Day’.
