Cameron Diaz is planning Gwyneth Paltrow's hen do

And quite an event it's going to be!

Cameron Diaz has been appointed the role of designated party planner for Gwyneth Paltrow's upcoming hen do.
According to Page Six, the former actress is flying 12 of the bride-to-be's A-list pals to Mexico for the weekend. But with just 12 seats available on the private jet (showbiz problems, aye?), the star-studded hen will boast an exclusive guest list.
If reports prove correct, the likes of close friends Stella McCartney, Drew Barrymore, Kate Hudson and Reese Witherspoon are busy packing their suitcases for the upcoming bash.
Ever since Gwyneth announced her engagement to Brad Falchuk three months ago, the soon-to-be newlyweds have kept their plans for the big day on the down-low. But after eloping with former husband Chris Martin back in 2013, the 45-year-old cannot wait to head down the aisle.
She told People: 'I'm so excited about everything. I've never had a wedding before, so even though I'm 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old. It's kind of fun to talk about with my girlfriends. They send me pictures of dresses - they're as excited about it as I am.'

Three months ago, the couple announced their engagement news in the most Paltrow way possible on the cover of the 'Sex and Love' issue of Goop magazine.
