If Britney Spears could turn back the clock, there’s one thing she says she’d tell herself – and that is to never get married.
Britney was asked the question this week during an interview on British Radio. BBC1 host Scott Mills asked the pop singer: “is there anything you wish you could have told yourself when you were younger?”
“Never get married, number one,” the hit maker answered, “That’s probably the best advice I could give myself”.

First hitched to childhood friend, Jason Alexander in Las Vegas in January 2004, their marriage was very short-lived, with the union annulled just 55 hours later.
Just six months later, the Oops I Did It Again singer got engaged to back-up dancer Kevin Federline, to whom she has two sons. The pair divorced in 2007.
Britney is currently doing promotional rounds for her latest album, Glory. She’s also set to star in the latest Carpool Karaoke segment with James Corden.
But teaser clips for the latest segment don’t exactly deliver on to expectations. Corden starts off belting out the hit Toxic, with Spears only joining in to mouth the words.
According to The Late Late Show executive producer Ben Winston it seemed as if Britney didn’t really know what the segment was about when she turned up for filming.
“I don’t think she’d actually watched it before”, he said.
“I think she just heard it was a big thing, so maybe she got a bit of a shock.”
