“They’re getting married! [And] there’s a date,” Chyna’s business attorney Walter Mosley tells Us, adding that he was “not at liberty” to reveal the exact day the lovebirds have settled on.

Meanwhile, another source told the publication that Rob and Chyna are planning for a summer wedding, but “want to work it out with E! for another season of the show first”.

The news comes after it was revealed that attorneys for Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian’s companies had opposed Chyna’s move to trademark ‘Angela Renee Kardashian’ (which would be her name once married to Rob) for use while working in entertainment and on social media.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the sisters state they would “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if Chyna was able to trademark the name.

TMZ reports the documents also accuse Chyna of “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian moniker.

However, matriarch Kris Jenner has now seemingly stepped in to smooth things over. TMZ’s source claims that Kris personally reached out to Chyna to assure her that the Kardashian lawyers were not ‘singling her out’, but simply following the standard procedure to oppose anyone trying to stake a claim on the Kardashian trademark.

While Chyna’s trademark request has yet to be approved, sources close to the family tell Us that “they are hoping to resolve it amicably … because they do love Chyna”.

“The girls are just protecting their interests because that is their brand. It’s a complicated business issue,” the source continues.
