The 78-year-old star stands accused of drugging and molesting a woman in his home in 2004.

Cosby Show actor Bill made headlines in 2014 when dozens of women came forward with similar accusations against him. However, the actor maintained throughout that all of the encounters he had with the women were consensual.

Andrea Constand, Cosby’s accuser, claims that Bill gave her three blue pills before sexually violating her at his Philadelphia home back in 2004.

She says the pills made her legs feel “like jelly” and she was unable to talk, but Cosby continued to make sexual advances on her.

More than 40 women have accused Bill of sexual assault, but due to the statute of limitations, in most cases too much time has passed for them to pursue charges.

Supermodel Janice Dickinson also claims that Bill Crosby gave her a pill at dinner before climbing on top of her, adding; “I remember a lot of pain.”

The trial will take place in Pennsylvania’s Court of Common Pleas.
