The house is a 1920s four bedroom bungalow situated in Sandringham, near Eden Park.
According to The Herald, it is not clear how much Ardern and Gayford paid for the house, however, online records put the valuation of the house at $1.7m.
The couple's new home features three double bedrooms, a study, an open plan kitchen, a dining and family room and a master bedroom with an ensuite.
The house even ideally comes with a tree house in a Pohutakawa tree - perfect for their little one!
Ardern and Gayford were originally living in Point Chevalier.
Ardern's office have said the couple need more space as family are expected to stay while Ardern takes maternity leave.
