2) Socialise with positive people
Spending quality time with those who make you happy is a great way to feel renewed - especially if you've been pulling away and isolating yourself.
It may be tricky at first, but reaching out to friends, family or your partner for a coffee catch up can be highly beneficial for your mental health.
Coffee not your thing? Ask your friends over for a meal and ask them to bring the wine. Maybe you need distracting from a problem you've been ruminating on or perhaps you need to open up and get things off your chest, either way, spending time with people who listen and make you happy is a great way to let go of stressors and feel refreshed.
However, keep in mind that stress and moods are contagious, and spending time with people that drain your energy or bring you down (consciously or otherwise) can negatively affect you.
