And earlier this year, it looked like the hunky All Black had moved on after we spotted him enjoying a river dip in the Waitakere Ranges with a mystery blonde – later identified as surf champ Ella Williams.
But now it appears the handsome heartthrob has reignited his romance with gorgeous Caroline. We spotted the lovebirds kissing and cuddling as they shared a a day off before 25-year-old Malakai prepared to face off against the Lions in a thrilling test match at Auckland’s Eden Park.
“It’s clearly back on with a capital ‘O’,” says an onlooker. “They were exceptionally lovey-dovey and it’s such a surprise because as a couple they’ve been through the mill.”
