Formulated to be used twice a day, both in the morning and in the evening, the cream is designed to “encourages skin’s natural power to amplify collagen and elastin.”
Aging, stress, and the general wear and tear on my skin that each decade brings, mean I’ll always be looking out for the next best thing in skincare, so I was happy to trial the cream, the Revitalizing Supreme + Global Anti-Aging Power Eye Balm and the Revitalizing Supreme + Global Anti-Aging Instant Refinishing Facial.
The cream’s texture is particularly silky and my skin sucked it up. I was immediately won over by this satin smooth texture as I like a cream to glide on and this one certainly does. It even smells luxurious! It feels truly nourishing and it won’t leave your face shining.
The cream is best used after you have washed your face and ensure your skin is dry before you apply it. Don’t forget your neck. A little goes a long way – which is always a plus. It is a good idea to target dry spots, wrinkles and dark spots.
A study conducted by Estee Lauder of more than 200 women who used the cream found that 95 per cent of the group said their skin had more elasticity and bounce after two weeks and 96 per cent said their skin felt firmer in just four weeks. Of the women surveyed 100 per cent said their skin felt hydrated “immediately”.
Certainly luminosity was immediate and the visible dry skin areas on my face were quenched. I will be closely monitoring the overall texture for long-term signs of improvement.
Late nights, deadline stress and too much time spent looking at screens mean I can be a victim of dark circles under my eyes.
